Andresa "Lisa" Neagle's Obituary
Andresa “Lisa” Belijerdo Neagle was born in Nabas, Aklan Panay, Philippines on August 24, 1952. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on the morning of Thanksgiving, November 28th 2024 in Tacoma, WA. She is survived by her husband: Christopher J. Neagle III, her daughter: Julipher A. Garcia, son in Law: Francisco Garcia, grandchildren: Gabriel, Emma and Luna, her siblings (who reside in the Philippines): Erlinda Acosta, Antonio Ronquillo, Anita Oczon, Apolonio Ronquillo and Reynaldo Ronquillo.
Lisa immigrated to America in her early adulthood to seek a better life for herself and set goals to help supply funds for her family back home on the island. She worked primarily as a talented seamstress. She was able to sew custom dresses, make quilts, pajamas, bags, curtains and hem anything her family needed. Her skillful hands later brought her to work with unique materials like leather. Just before she retired, she enjoyed sewing leather chaps and other motorcycle gear for local motorcycle club riders and police officers. She adored her grandchildren and loved bonding with them. She found peace and pleasure in gardening. She loved looking at her flowers everyday and frequently posted photos of what she grew on social media. She loved to travel with her husband to many places domestically and internationally. She loved road trips, cooking meals for the entire family and visiting friends across the country.
A funeral ceremony will be held at St. Francis Cabrini on December 11th, 2024 at 11:00am. There will be a reception afterwards in the Squier Hall at St. Francis Cabrini.
