My deepest condolences to you and those who loved Andre. My childhood memories of Andre were that of a friend who was brought up in a family surrounded by love and honest happiness. We spent many a day at "Mayham Manor" either playing or with the Scout Troop and running around the countryside in the community of Edgewood raising hell. Though contact was lost over the years, my memory of Andre will always be of his sincerity, his down to earth common sense and his brilliant ability to laugh with the world. It has been over forty years since the last time that I saw or spoke with Andre and yet when I think of him I have a warm feeling in my soul of being down home again.
