Anderson Banks' Obituary
Anderson Banks Jr. passed away on January 30, 2004. He was born on January 24, 1906 in Marlin, Texas. Anderson lived most of his life in Texas. He moved to Tacoma in 1994. Anderson was a World War II veteran and retired from the Veteran Administration Hospital in Texas.He is survived by a daughter, Blanche Brawley, granddaughter Karen Brawley, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family gives special thanks to his hometown friend Maurice Hunter for his weekly visits to the nursing home.The family would like to thank the entire staff at NHCU at American Lake for their care and support.Viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2004 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Mountain View Funeral Home. Internment will take place at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent.
