Alverna Garrison, born May 11, 1929, to Arvilla Maxwell and Lloyd Neil, went to be with Jesus on May 16, 2011. She married Garry Garrison from Tacoma; they raised 3 children, Jim, Carrie & Cindy. Alvie was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Alvie cherished summer days at the lake with all her family. Memorial service commences at 11:00am on May 21st, 2011 in the Mountain View Aspen Chapel, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW in Lakewood. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
