Alma B. ZamberlinBetter known at Nanny, Alma B. Zamberlin left us to join the Lord on Friday, May 23, 2003. Born March 27, 1921, she was a life long resident of Tacoma. Nanny fought the good fight, having survived numerous battles with major heart, lung, and kidney problems. One of her doctors recently described her as a walking package of miracles. Nanny was a very caring, understanding, and loving individual who always had time to help others, and she was a life long member of United Commercial Travelers, a fraternal organization dedicated to helping the developmentally disabled.She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth and is survived by her sister Kippy Adams (Lester), her three sons Stephen Zamberlin (Sharry), Dennis Zamberlin, and John Zamberlin (Mary Ellen), six wonderful grandchildren, Stephen, Shelby, Megan, Kyle, Kenny, and Kasey, and two great-grandchildren Zacharee and Brooke. Viewing will be from 2pm-8pm, Tuesday, May 27, 2003 at Mt. View Funeral Home. Services will be held on Wednesday May 28, 2003 at 1:00pm in the Mt. View Valley Chapel.
