Alice B. Roberts(Sweeting)Alice was born June 11, 1925 to Bert and Alice Sweeting of Lakewood, WA passed December 2, 2002 in a local hospital after a long illness. Graduated from Clover Park High in 1943. She had been a home maker and devoted wife and mother. Alice was a member of Zora Temple, Daughters of the Nile, Afifi Shrine, Yacht Club, Tacoma Country Club and Tacoma Yacht Club.Survived by her loving husband of 59 1/2 years James T. Roberts (Jim) and her three children. Sons James Jr. (Susie) Roberts, Patrick Roberts (Carole), and daughter Kelly Berg (Jeff). Also survived by four grandchildren Hallie Roberts, Hanna Roberts, Alyssa Berg and Alex Berg. Also survived by her brother Jack Sweeting, sister-in-law Kris Roberts, nephews Don Roberts Jr. (Gail), (Tal and Brent), Craig Roberts (Michelle), (Cole and Sidney), Milanne (Mike), David (Chris), Mathew (Karen) and Mary Rusk.At her request private services will be held. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to a local Alzheimer Research Foundation.We will miss you always (Jim).
