This is not just good-bye; but "we will see you later", Albina. I will always cherish the great times I had with you on trips to Mexico, Canada, Illinois- Chicago, Springfield and all the sites along the way and especially how much you loved the Abraham Lincoln Museum and Mt. Rushmore. Then there was California and the Hawaiian Islands and all the local trips in between. You made those trips soooo fun and filled with your energy and zeal for the new and unknown.

It saddens me that I often have late post facto epiphanies- my latest is that you had been in my life for 27 years and you were every bit my mom as my own mom.

I love you and until me meet again, mom, rest and don't overwhelm them in the heavenly places- LOL!
