Albert Glatt
Albert Glatt, age 78, of Lakewood, Washington, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2011. Al was a loving and charismatic father, grandfather, friend, and a proud veteran. Al served 23 years in the U.S Army, including service in the Vietnam War. He retired an E7, having earned a Bronze Star Award. After retiring from the Army, he also worked 17 years at The Boeing Company. Al is survived his ex-wife, Christiane Glatt, his children, Anderson Glatt, Barbara Thompson and Pascal Glatt, and his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings. A viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, August 10th, 2 - 9pm, and his funeral service will be at 11a.m. Thursday, August 11, both at Mountain View Funeral Home in Lakewood.
