Adla EvansPassed away on Feb. 7, 2003, at the UW Medical Center. Al (a.k.a. The Godfather) was born in Holly Springs, Mississippi, on Feb. 12, 1936. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Autri, two brothers, two sisters, his sons Tony and Ali, his daughter Anna, and 3 cherished grandchildren. Al served 24 years in the US Army and retired at Ft. Lewis, WA; his second career ended in 1995 when he retired from Boeing.We thank his church family and friends who have offered well wishes, help, and support to the family during the past few months.A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 13, 2003, at the Mountain View Celebration of Life Center. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Colonel Patrick S. Madigan M.D., Foundation at PO Box 97215, Lakewood, WA 98497.
