Bill played bingo at Gateways Bingo in Lakewood for many years. He has been greatly missed but not forgotten for the past few years that he could no longer come in. I always enjoyed all of his stories of travel and life journeys. He was a very intelligent man and I had great respect for him. I'm sure he is at peace now. Sincere sympathy to all of his family.

I only knew Bill for a few short years but He was a very wise and good Man. He served In the Army In WW2 I just wished he could of written his autobiography for the time he spent During the War. He was one of the Band of Brothers I will Miss him very much. See you on the other side when it's my time. Thanksgiving Day will never be the same...Bill was always in charge of making the giblet gravy. One could always count on some WW II stories as you lent him a hand and kept him company as he whipped up his specialty.
