It is hard to believe that someone my age and a former high school friend is gone! My husband and I just flew in from Michigan to attend my younger brother's funeral on April 1 in Tacoma. What a time for sharing memories, love and support and reconnecting with family members! I extend my sympathies to Pat's families. Pat was one of my American Cancer Society Discovery Shop volunteers. She also was one of my sisters friend from when they worked at the Library and we all went to St. Leos church. I saw Pat in church a wlile back and we were able to give each other a family hug.
What dear sweet Lady she was. I will miss her.
