Our thoughts and prayers are with Helen and the family. I first met the family threw the Totoem Ski club as a child and have memories of all the goodtimes with family and friends on American Lake. My first fishing memory is of opening day on Clear Lake in Thurston County. My dad, Gene, my grandfather "Whitey" and I at about 4 or 5 years old (I think) in an 8 foot pram. I don't remember the fishing, but I do remember how close the water was!
