The Story Behind the Park

Established in 1915, Mountain View Memorial Park has been expanded and updated over the years, but still offers visitors the same natural beauty as when it was founded. Visitors can appreciate the many varieties of trees, flowers and wildlife that live in the park.

Our Indoor Spaces

Indoor spaces feature glass-front niches and columbariums, while our mausoleums are designed with warmth, keeping in mind the architecture and beauty of the Pacific-Northwest.

Veterans Parks

We offer five sections dedicated to veterans, so families can honor their loved ones by paying tribute to their service.

Celebrating Lives

Our Celebration of Life Center with the Aspen Chapel and two reception rooms allow families to spend time together and celebrate their loved ones’ lives.

Gardens and Parks

Visit our gardens and see our rose garden, rhododendrons and trees that create a natural, peaceful resting place where families can remember their loved one.

Guided tours are open to everyone. Stop by to explore our gardens and enjoy the surroundings. No service appointment is required, and there is no cost or obligation. Tours last about an hour and may be scheduled by calling Mountain View Park at (253) 243-0105 or booking online. Private and group tours are available and the entire tour is wheelchair accessible for those with mobility issues.
