Most fresh floral tributes are welcome at Mountain View Memorial Park. Fresh flowers in approved ground-level, crypt and niche vases are always permitted, as are potted plants light enough to lift with one hand, placed beside the memorial. Veteran flags in an approved holder are honored at our veterans’ resting places.
A few items are not permitted under our cemetery flower rules in Lakewood, WA because they can interfere with mowing equipment, become damaged or create hazards. These include glass, tin cans, rocks, wooden items, statuary, toys, pinwheels, mylar balloons, solar lights and signage of any kind.
