Dear Marie, Mike and family –
You know that Betty was a dear, dear friend to me for over 17 years. She was always “there†when I needed someone. I remember knocking on her door (in Eagle River, Alaska) and when she opened it; I would often just burst into tears (for whatever was going on in my life at that time), and she would just invite me in for some coffee and talk. We took some fun trips together; and we’d always talk and laugh about life. Sometimes we didn’t always agree with each other either, but that was O.K. too. She certainly taught me how to live one day at a time. I’m so glad that Debbie J. and I got to visit with her in July, it was very special to us all. I’m sure she’s in a better place, and that we’ll all be together again at that party/meeting in the heavens. She came to me the night she died in a dream and said, “I’ll see you later†– what a special gift that is. I wish you all comfort and God’s peace at this sad time.##imported-begin##Judy Hanna##imported-end##
