In January of 2018, Sue and I exchanged information regarding genealogy. I sent the last message in February of that year along with a question regarding someone in her family tree--wondering if he was in a photo I had sent her. I didn't hear back from her, and time moved on.
I came upon that particular exchange of emails this evening and wondered what happened to Sue. I was sorry to discover she had passed away. My condolences to the family members she has left behind. I hope that the work that she did regarding the history of your family was not done in vain...

I worked with Sue for several years when we were in the Weyerhaeuser Tacoma Building back in the 1980's. We sat next to each other. I loved talking to her about beading (she was making headpieces for synchronized swimmers). We both loved dogs. My condolences to Sue's family.
