The great Irish poet William Butler Yeats said,"Think not where man's glory begins and ends, say my glory was I had such friends."
Patti was a friend for many years. Our Christmas parties won't be the same without her. Eleven of us "girls" have been getting together since we were about sixteen years old.
I cherish the memories of our laughter and good times.

I wrote a note yesterday, but for some reason, it did not get printed. You have our deepest sympathy! She was a person we all admired! She truly was an example for all of us. Her Irish wit, her hardy laughter, her thoughtfulness... she always thought of others before herself... I could go on and on. She will be missed by us all. We now ask our loving God to wrap his loving arms around you to give you strength for the days ahead! We love you all.

How sad I was to read of your loss of Patty. I have thought of you and her so often. Still have the newspaper picture of her as a child walking with a friend and always wanted to send it but mislaid your address. Happy memories of your Mother and Dad too! Mary Ellen and Zane, I am very sorry for your recent loss of Patti. I will always recall foundly the times when Mary Ellen, Patti and your mother would come to MN for visits.
