Chad made my days in the dorms at WWU so much better. He could put a smile on your face every time. He was such a nice and loving guy.
I haven’t forgotten about you buddy. We only knew each other for a couple of years but I still considered him a good friend.
Hope you’re doing well up there buddy. We’ll meet again very soon.
You’re missed, remembered, and loved everyday and unconditionally. I think of you when I hear the music we used to listen too and at the places we used to go.

I had the privilege of being Chad's fourth grade teacher at Concordia just a "few years back"!! The smile on this photo here is the smile I recall seeing back then. Although many years have passed by, each student leaves a mark on a teacher's life in some way. We don't understand the "whys" in life, but we serve a God who promises to be with us through it all. So today, as Chad's life is celebrated, and in the days to come, my prayer is that you'll all find strength, comfort, and peace in the Hope of the Resurrection. May God hold you close in the palm of His Hand always. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Chad was my lab partner for 6 months in A&P. I am heartbroken. He was so kind and could light up a room with his smile. I always told him he should be a doctor because of how smart he was. I feel so lucky I got a chance to know him. Chad you will be so missed.
